Preview 

The ODI series between South Africa and Australia has been nothing short of a nail-biting thriller. The Aussies won the first two games of the five-match series before the Proteas bounced back and defeated the visitors in the second two games. With the series standing in a draw, the final game at the Wanderers Stadium will be a dramatic affair between the sides and one of the teams will receive a morale boost ahead of the ODI World Series 2023. 

Heinrich Klaasen with his stellar form stole the show in the fourth ODI. The 32-year-old thrashed the Aussie bowling attack hitting 174 runs off just 83 deliveries. Also, David Miller played with the opposition bowlers smashing another 82 runs in just 45 deliveries. Lungi Ngidi also shattered four scalps with the ball while Kagiso Rabada picked up three. So we can say both their batting and bowling departments have been performing exceptionally since the last two matches.  

On the other side, the Kangaroos have several problems to solve at the moment. Travis Head has suffered an injury and has been ruled out of the upcoming match. The form of their prime batter David Warner is also questionable. Only Alex Carey who smashed 99 in the last game has proven to be a valuable asset right at the need of the hour. When it comes to bowling, Zampa gave away 113 runs in 10 overs which was the joint-highest away runs leaked in a match in the ODI Cricket history.

South Africa has both their batting and bowling departments in rhythm and has looked as if in total control of the game. Australia on the other side is struggling due to their form. Thus we expect that the home side South Africa is going to win the final game and win the series 3-2.
