Preview

South Africa will be crossing swords with India in the final ODI match of the three-match ODI series on Thursday, December 21 at the Boland Park in Paarl. 

India defeated the hosts in the first game but in the second match, the Proteas won convincingly and kept the series alive. Tony de Zorzi was the architect of the win with his 119-run unbeaten knock in 122 balls. This match will be the series decider and the hosts will try to carry on their form and seal the ODI series after the T20I ended in a draw. 

In the meantime, the Men in Blue had a power-packed performance in the first ODI but failed to replicate the same dominance in the previous game. Youngster Sai Sudharsan is in fine form and has started his career with back-to-back half-centuries. The Men in Blue will be hoping to get a win in the final ODI to head before the final leg of the series i.e. the Tests.
