Kolkata will take the field against Rajasthan in match 47 of the Ind T20 League 2022 at the Wankhede Stadium on Monday. After a promising start to the tournament, Iyer and co seem to have lost their way. With 5 successive losses, the former champions are reeling at eighth in the league standings. Rajasthan on the contrary are turning out to be a force to reckon with.

Nothing is going Kolkata’s way at the moment. A sting of rusty performances has pushed them from fourth to eighth in the points table. Narine, Chakarvarthy and Umesh will be the bowlers to watch out for. 

Rajasthan will look to pounce on listless Kolkata in match 47. They are on a dream run and would be eager to continue their fairy tale. In the batting department the former champions have the likes of Butler, Samson and Hetmeyer. Bowling prowess will be led by Kiwi quick Trent Boult which also comprises the lethal spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin. So, overall Rajasthan has a well rounded squad who will fancy their chances against an under confident Kolkata side.
