QUE and MUL will lock horns for the 28th match of the ongoing Pakistan T20 League. The match is scheduled at the Pindi Club Ground in Rawalpindi on Saturday, March 11at 07:30 PM. 

The two sides will be up for another clash after their first meeting in the third match of this tournament.  While the Multan side is holding the third place sharing their wins and losses in eight matches played, the Quetta franchise is in the 5th position with 3 wins in nine matches. The Quetta side deliberately needs victories to climb up the chart and keep their hopes alive for the next level of the competition.

Their last encounter resulted in Multan winning the match by a huge margin of 9 wickets. Quetta while batting first posted 110 runs and got bowled out in just 18.5 overs. Opener Jason Roy was the top scorer with 27 runs to his name. Multan’s bowlers had an excellent spell as Ihsanullah took a fifer along with Sameen Gul and  Abbas Afridi taking two wickets apiece. 

They also demonstrated their batting skills in the second half causing a massive upset for the Quetta side. Opener Shan Masood got hit in the pads resulting in an Lbw out scoring just 3 runs in 5 balls. Later Rilee Rossouw joined skipper Mohammad Rizwan to chase down the total in just 13.3 overs. While the skipper scored 28 off 34 deliveries, Rossouw went on hitting 78 runs off 42 balls on the back of 9 fours and 3 sixes. Quetta bowlers failed miserably in restricting the flow of runs resulting in the loss.
