ISL will clash against PES in the 29th match of the Pakistan T20 League 2023. The match is going to be held at Pindi Club Ground in Rawalpindi on Sunday, March 12. With the knockout stage around the corner, each and every game becomes so much more crucial for all the teams. Also, the Peshawar side has a greater chance to qualify for the next stage of the tournament. But it would be comparatively tougher for the Babar Azam-led side after the humiliation they got from the previous match. 

PES bowlers were taken for granted because of their loose bowling after their batters put on a heavy total on the scoreboard. Jason Roy and Mohammad Hafeez were the nightmares for the bowling side. Although Babar Azam came up with a threatening hundred, he remained at the point of criticism as he slowed down his gameplay at the end of the innings to get his century. Anyways this will be the game for the Babar Azam-led side to announce their comeback into this league.

Meanwhile, the Shadab Khan-led Islamabad side were also defeated by a margin of 119 runs in their previous match against Lahore. After conceding over 220 runs in the first innings, their batters were exposed to a huge total and later were bowled out for just 107 runs. Few of the batters got a good start but failed to convert them to big scores. Now they will face Islamabad with the motive of nothing less than a victory.
