Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators will cross swords for the 25th match of the Pakistan T20 League 2024. The game is scheduled to be played at the Rawalpindi Stadium on Friday, March 8. 

Peshawar under the leadership of Babar Azam have not made much impact in this edition of the Pakistan T20 League. They are now placed in the third position in the points table with four wins in eight matches. 

Riding on the back of three consecutive matches, they announced a comeback just before tasting another defeat in their recent encounter against Islamabad United. However, they will draw some confidence from their recent match against Multan Sultans in which they registered victory in a nail-biting thriller.

On the other side, Quetta comparatively have had a better season so far. They are sitting in second place in the league table with four wins in seven matches so far. 

They had a powerful start this season with three consecutive wins to their name against Peshawar, Lahore and Islamabad. However, a lack of team effort led them to two crushing defeats in their last four games.
