A brace from Bruno Fernandez helped Portugal qualify for the World Championship!

After beating Italy in the previous match, billions of people were keeping an eye on the match to find out if North Macedonia can cause another upset and qualify for their maiden World Championship. Unfortunately, Portugal was a bit too heavy for this Balkan nation as a brace from Bruno Fernandez knocked them out from the race to qualify.

With a win against North Macedonia, Cristiano Ronaldo will now be playing his 6th World Championship and most importantly, will be looking forward to winning his first.
