Team India's left-handed all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has passed the fitness test before the Nagpur Test starting on February 9 in Nagpur. With this, the way for him to return to the team has been cleared and he will once again be seen on the field in the first Test. His fitness report was released by the NCA on Wednesday. He will soon join the ongoing Team India camp in Nagpur ahead of the epic Border Gavaskar Trophy.
34-year-old Jadeja is away from cricket for many months Talking about Ravindra Jadeja, he is away from Team India for the last 5 months. The last time he played for Team India was in August 2022, but since then he has been continuously missing matches for team India. He had a knee injury and has been operated on three times, but now the news about his fitness is coming out, it is a relief for Men in Blue.
Due to injury, Jadeja could not even play T20 World Championship which took place in Australia last year. Though he was included against Bangladesh, he later withdrew his name.
