Man United interested in signing Antonio Silva 

Manchester United are looking to make a move for Benfica centre-back Antònio Silva, as per Rudy Galetti. 

The Red Devils have glaring issues with their back line and they will desperately want to fix that in the coming summer transfer window amid the expected departures of Harry Maguire (31) and Raphël Varane (30). 

The 20 year old has continued his rich vein of form after turning heads in the Champions League last season, catching the attention of top European clubs like Bayern Munich. 

He has also started to feature more often for Portugal, having played a part in March’s international friendlies alongside Sporting CP defender Gonçalo Inacio, who is also believed to be on Utd’s priority list. 

Manager Erik Ten Hag’s side threw away a 3-2 lead, after initially coming back from 2-0 down, to go down 4-3 against the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Thursday.
